By placing an order at Sky Laptops, a customer (buyer), herein referred to as “I,” agrees to the following sales terms and conditions: I have read and understood the policies at skylaptops.in. I agree to pay Sky Laptops the full amount of my order, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes. Otherwise, the items I purchase remain the property of Sky Laptops. I am responsible for any legal expenses incurred in collecting debts. I agree to pay for shipping any item(s) back to Sky Laptops for warranty claims on defective products or refunds unless it is a result of a mistake by Sky Laptops that does not involve errors made by shipping companies. Shipping and labor charges are non-refundable. Sky Laptops does not guarantee that products sold are defect-free or 100% compatible with each other or existing parts.
Sky Laptops is not responsible for any damage, loss of time, profit, or money resulting from using products purchased from skylaptops.in, or for information and advice given by phone, website surfing, or email. Sky Laptops is not liable for any errors made by shipping companies during transit or for damage or loss of value, time, profit, or money. I will not intentionally cause damage to Sky Laptops, either physically, financially, or to its reputation. I will pay a penalty of Rs. 300 per bounced cheque and 18% annual interest on the bounced cheque amount from the date of bounce to the date of realization. Products carry a warranty against manufacturing defects only. These terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the New Delhi Court. Goods once sold will not be accepted for return unless prior written consent is given by Sky Laptops.
The customer shall inspect the equipment or materials ordered upon delivery. No claims will be entertained by skylaptops.in on any grounds thereafter. All goods carry a manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise in writing. If defective material cannot be repaired or replaced within 15 days due to unavailability, a credit note will be issued, based on the prevailing prices of the product with a 3% depreciation for every month. The warranty (if applicable) is specified on the product description page, indicating the warranty period counted from the date of the invoice. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer or its authorized service partner against manufacturing defects. It is a carry-in warranty, requiring the customer to deliver the faulty product along with proof of purchase to a manufacturer’s authorized service center for warranty repairs. The customer must prepay any shipping charges, taxes, or duties associated with transporting the faulty product to and from the service center. The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe shipment or return of any faulty product to a manufacturer’s authorized service center, assuming the risk of loss during shipping.
