In rare situations, we may cancel orders ourselves under the following circumstances:
At Sky Laptops, we prioritize product quality and thoroughly test all items before shipping. However, if you need to return a product due to reasons beyond our control, the following conditions apply:
Notification regarding any of the above issues must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the product. For physically damaged products, please provide a picture showing damage to the outer package and the product itself.
Failure to provide information within 24 hours may result in denial of the return/replacement request. To safeguard your interests, consider making a video while opening the packaging.
For returns or replacements, please ensure the original packaging, tags, and manuals are preserved and returned with the product. Replacement shipment or credit for returns will only be initiated after receiving the original product with its packaging, tags, manuals, etc. Return department inspection and approval are required. If the reason for return or replacement is found invalid, the request may be denied.
Upon successful QC verification of the returned product, a refund will be issued, deducting return freight costs and a 10% administration fee based on the order value.
Upon approval of an order cancellation or return, refunds will be processed within 3 days. Depending on bank processing times, it may take 7-10 days for the refunded amount to be credited to your account. Refunds will ideally be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account.
